Our Licenses
Cochrane Construction, Inc. holds three trade licenses; B1, C10 and C36. We hold workers compensation and liability insurance. Business licenses are held in all cities we work in, included but not limited to: Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Venice Beach, Westchester, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Westwood, Malibu.
Our Founder
Jon Cochrane, President

Jon Cochrane established Cochrane Construction Inc. in 1986. His passion for construction began at a young age and flourished 40 years ago when he started in the industry as a laborer. Jon continued to work through the ranks and became a licensed general contractor in the state of California in 1986; he later obtained Electrical C-10 and Plumbing C-36 licenses. Today, Jon continues to share his expertise in construction with homeowners throughout the South Bay. His extensive knowledge in waterproofing and multiple trades plays a key part in ensuring client satisfaction.
